My Road to Wembley is a database of every team invited to the FA Cup. It is designed to help clubs connect with their local communities and drive attendances for their cup games on their Road to Wembley. This is the FA Cup right from the beginning.

With thirteen rounds and over 700 teams entering and being knocked out at different stages of the tournament the pure logistics of knowing which team to follow and when is impossible. My Road to Wembley has set out to make the process of following every round achievable, and in doing so, help hundreds of non-league football clubs around the country raise much-needed revenue.

The team at Hex are delighted to have been engaged to help deliver this vision.

Read the full statement from Tom Nicolson, Founder and CEO at My Road to Wembley, below:

"Delighted to have appointed Hex to carry out the next stage of development for My Road to Wembley. Their enthusiasm of the project was there from the first meeting and their experience of taking conceptual ideas to market made this a dream partnership.

My Road to Wembley hopes to be a catalyst for rebuilding communities together following challenging years during the global pandemic. The platform connects a new community of football fans (dubbed “roundhoppers”) looking to successfully complete the FA Cup challenge by attending every round of the tournament (thirteen in total, plus the final).

The platform works simply by telling roundhoppers where their next nearest games are from the earliest rounds simply by typing in your location before every round. They then tell the club they’re going; and meet up with other roundhoppers, local fans and even players before, during and after the match.

The beneficiaries will be the hundreds of non-league football clubs across the country that are in need of revenue to keep their clubs going in a hugely challenging economic climate where most of the finances are placed at the top of the game. Clubs themselves will have their own profile pages where they can promote the games to the roundhoppers.

Just 5,000 roundhoppers making the challenge each season equals £100,000 of additional revenue to clubs across the lower leagues.

We believe Hex are the perfect partner to see this vision materialise."
